Shelf Fold card

Today I thought it might be nice to create a Shelf Fold card, they are fun to make and fold's flat for posting! 

The Measurements are: 

Thick White

• 4” x 9 ¾”
• scored at ½”, 1 ½”, 3” & 4” on the long side
• And 5 ½” x 3 ¼”
• scored at ½” & 1 ½” on the long side

DSP

• 3” x 3 ¾”
• 4” x 3 ¾”
• 1 ¼” x 3 ¾”
• ¾” x 3 ¾” - You need 2
• ¾” x 3”
